Today, as the mall culture has spread in Chennai like anything, you might find Ispahani center less attractive. However, as it is situated at a prime location, this mall still remains one of the places for Chennaiites to hang out. Ispahani center just has two floors for shops. Above that, all other floors are dedicated to corporate offices. Marry Brown, Swarovski, Unisex saloon, Hi Design, Archies, and Cafe Coffee Day are some brands in the mall. Abirami Mega Mall - Chennai, India

Image
Abirami Mega Mall, located in Chennai’s Purasawakkam area, was originally a cinema complex before being transformed into a shopping mall. With the rise of mall culture in the city, this transition took place, but space constraints have made it quite congested. Given that Purasawakkam itself is a densely populated area, the mall remains perpetually crowded. The main attraction here is the Abirami multiplex, a landmark cinema hall that has been popular for decades. In the 1990s, it was among Chennai’s top movie theatres. However, with modern multiplexes like Sathyam, Escape, and PVR offering better experiences, its prominence has somewhat diminished. For kids, there are entertainment options like Snow World, Kids World, and Kissing Cars. However, these attractions are often crowded and pricey. Snow World, in particular, may not appeal to those who have experienced real snow, as it feels artificial and compact. The food court on the ground floor offers a variety of options, but the high ...
