Kishkinta Theme Park is one of the most popular amusement parks located in Chennai city of India. It is run by the company which made the first 3D cinema in India way back in 1980s. Thousands and thousands of people visit this park everyday.

Although the park has so many rides similar to any other theme park or amusement park, the different kinds of water rides make it unique. There are many water rides which are the actual highlight of this site. Some of the attractions include the unique shows such as Chennai Courtallam (artificial waterfalls) and Tsunami (artificial Tsunami effect). The rides such as elephant splash, flower fountain and water wars are very attractive.

There is a section dedicated to kids with attractions such as swing train, carousel, monkey jump, duck train, etc.

There are other attractions too such as road train, bumper car, Zyclone and Arabian Nights.

Some of the unique shows in the park include 5D theatre (as good as the shows in foreign countries), Manthira Arai (where the visitors can pose for photo in upside down posture), 3D show and Water Ski Show.

Most of the rides are free of cost whereas there are some rides for which the visitors need to pay additional fee such as water scooter, bull fight, Ko Kart and video games.

Kishkinta definitely offers good enjoyable time for both kids and adults.

Happy travelling.
