Kodaikanal is one of the most popular summer destinations of India. Thousands and thousands of travelers visit this popular hillstation named as 'Princess of hillstations'. It is located near Dindigul in Tamil Nadu state of India. After Ooty, it is the most visited hill resorts in Tamil Nadu. There are many interesting tourist attractions in Kodaikanal. Moir Point is located at the entrance of the forest that extends to the beautiful Berijam Lake. It is one of the important view-points in Kodaikanal. The site is named after Sir Thomas Moir who began the construction of the Goschen Road in 1929 CE. This road joins the Kodaikanal - Berijam Lake here. There is a monument mentioning this stands in this site.

Moir Point is one of highly crowded places in Kodaikanal thanks to the best views of the valleys offered from here. People who enter into Berijam Lake area do not miss this scenic view-point.

Putlur Angala Parameswari Temple - Chennai

Angala Parameswari Temple in Putlur, near  Chennai  city of South India, is a unique temple. The Goddess is in the form of a pregnant woman in this temple. The icon of Angala Parameswari is believed to be self-manifested, called swayambhu.  As per the legend, a village head tortured a poor for borrowed money. The poor was forced to plough an infertile land. While ploughing the ground full of rocks, the villager noticed that blood was oozing out from a particular place. Mount Road or Anna Salai is one of the most happening places in  Chennai . There are two famous Islamic shrines on Mount Road – one is  Thousands Light mosque .
