Adventure Games at Wild Tribe Ranch, Chennai, India

The Wild Tribe Ranch is a theme park with many fun and adventures, located off NH5, the Calcutta National Highway, near Ponneri, around 35 kilometers from Chennai. This is the ultimate place for adventure sports, and it is a new kind of theme park for Chennai city. For the first time in the city, many adventure games such as ATVs, trampoline jumping, army-style obstacle course, paintball, swimming and a WII game arcade have been introduced in the Wild Tribe Ranch theme park.




ATV a.k.a. All Terrain Vehicles - Ride the fantastic 50 cc to 150 cc All Terrain Vehicles at The Wild Tribe Ranch. Paintball is a sport in which players eliminate opponents by hitting them with pellets containing paint, usually shot from a carbon dioxide or compressed-gas (HPA or N2) powered paintball gun (or marker). A well-maintained swimming pool is an added advantage of the park.


Trampoline jumping is a kind of bungee jumping. The army-style obstacle course is really adventurous and fun.


It is a good place for Corporate people for team building exercises or annual outings. You can also visit this place along with your family if your family members are interested in adventure sports. For kids, there is a separate play area along with a WII game section.


There are many other attractions such as bull ride (which falls you off if you try to ride it), monkey walk and even some indoor games.

Putlur Angala Parameswari Temple - Chennai

Angala Parameswari Temple in Putlur, near  Chennai  city of South India, is a unique temple. The Goddess is in the form of a pregnant woman in this temple. The icon of Angala Parameswari is believed to be self-manifested, called swayambhu.  As per the legend, a village head tortured a poor for borrowed money. The poor was forced to plough an infertile land. While ploughing the ground full of rocks, the villager noticed that blood was oozing out from a particular place. There, he discovered the image of the Goddess. It is a snake hole (putru in Tamil - where snakes live) in the form of a woman in a sleeping posture with her mouth kept open, and her bulged stomach like a pregnant woman. A 17th century Dargah with healing power - Mount Road Dargah, Chennai, India

Mount Road or Anna Salai is one of the most happening places in  Chennai . There are two famous Islamic shrines on Mount Road – one is  Thousands Light mosque . The other one is Dargah-e-Hazrath Syed Moosa Shah Qadri Baghdadi (Rahmatullah Alaihi), also known as Mount Road Dargah. It is the most popular Dargah across the city. It draws devotees of all faiths and all walks of life. Especially every Thursday, a large number of devotees gather to the Dargah. A lot of city-based celebrities regularly visit the site. This Dargah is the shrine of a Muslim Saint named Hazrath Syed Moosa Shah Qadri Baghdadi. He was also known as Rahmatullah Alaihi.
